Deadline for Sassa gold card migration extended again to April 2025

SASSA beneficiaries who haven't yet swapped their gold cards for Postbank black cards have been granted more time. Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni has announced an extension of the deadline to 30 April 2025, providing relief for the approximately 800,000 beneficiaries still using the old cards. This marks the second extension of the deadline, addressing challenges many elderly recipients have faced with long queues and accessibility issues
