AKA and Khuli Chana have linked up for the first time since Khuli appeared on the closing verse to AKA’s 2015 hit single, “Baddest”, which also featured Burna Boy and Yanga.

On Friday morning, AKA surprised fans by sharing that the upcoming single, which is titled “Prada”, would be premiering on Apple Music’s Africa Now Radio, before he went on to share a snippet of Khuli’s verse on Instagram.

“MASS COUNTRY SZN. PRADA ft. @khulichana01 WORLD PREMIERE on @AppleMusic's #AfricaNowRadio w/

@dadaboyehiz. Listen Now On @applemusic,” he shared across his social media platforms.

Prior to “Baddest” the pair had previously collaborated on several singles, including “Hape le Hape (Part 1)”, “I Want It All” and “Tswa Daar Remix”.

“Prada”, which fans noted had previously been teased by AKA sometime last year without the new verse, sees Khuli Chana at his flawless best as he raps confidently and effortlessly about his wife Lamiez Holworthy buying him a Rolex and the soft life he’s living.

“Life begins at 40, wifey just bought me my first Rolex / I’m saying my goodbyes to the old me, bopilo bo soft hakisokole / Cheques cleared now we checked in, dilo di chenchitse, interesting.”

AKA announced this week that his upcoming forth studio album, “Mass Country”, comes out on February 24, as opposed to February 26 as he’d previously shared during a recent interview.

Aside from premièring “Prada”, he also shared the snippet for another untitled song on Friday and posted a video of himself working in studio at his home with the likes of Yanga, Emtee, Zadok, 031Choppa and Manana.
