Multi-award-winning global superstar Chris Brown is heading to South Africa.
The “Breezy in South Africa” concert, which was announced on his Instagram, stated that Brown will be performing at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday, December 14.
“Breezy in Jo’burg ❤️ Johannesburg, SA December 14th, 2024. Tickets on sale Thursday Oct 3rd 10am,” he posted.
This will mark Brown's first performance in the country in nearly a decade.
According to a statement, the live concert “promises fans an unforgettable evening filled with his chart-topping hits and signature electrifying performances.”
So far, only one date has been announced but fans from around the country have been asking Breezy to consider performing in Cape Town and Durban, too.
“Not to sound ungrateful but...we gonna need your team to set up a date in CAPE TOWN!!! We don't mind Sunday 15th Dec vibes 🫡🫣🇿🇦,” wrote @le_jeanw.
Another fan commented: “Wait WHAT? NO CAPE TOWN? 😮🇿🇦🇿🇦 That doesn't even make sense.”
Since Breezy teased fans a few days ago about coming to the country, Durbanite’s have taken to TikTok to encourage him to perform in their city.
