The women's T20 cricket series between South Africa and the England Academy will be decided in the third and final match in Potchefstroom on Sunday.
The tourists levelled the series at 1-1 on Saturday with an eight-wicket victory at Senwes Park.
Chasing 115 runs to win, openers Beth McGregor (30 off 33 balls) and Alice McLeod (30 off 37 balls) gave the England Academy a solid start and Tammy Beaumont smashed an unbeaten 44 as they reached their target with more than three overs to spare.
Chloe Tryon who took 1/18 and Marizanne Kapp (1/20) were the only wicket-takers for South Africa's bowling unit
Earlier, SA opener Alison Hodgkinson had made an unbeaten 66 runs off 61 balls as the England Academy restricted South Africa to 114 in their allotted 20 overs.
Kapp, who contributed 10 runs, was the only other batter to reach double figures as the pressure mounted under England's tight bowling.
Left-arm speedster Jodie Dibble finished with superb figures of 2/14 in her four overs, and was well backed up by Natalie Sciver (2/15) and Alice McLeod (2/17). – Sapa
