Why do you keep scandalising Dr Poppy Ramathuba's name? It's unacceptable. If you think SADC can pay any cent to South Africa, then you are living on another planet of ignorant citizens.
But you can use your advice in your capacity as a member of the Medical Association and ask SADC countries to pay for their people flocking to SA hospitals and schools. Foreigners will never pay for anything they are here to squander SA left, right and centre. Did you hear they are also involved in SASSA fraud of stolen billions. I Lindi Zantsi
