Three Cities Hotel Group has acquired the Constantia Hotel in Midrand, ideally located for business travellers to Gauteng.
Only five minutes from the Gautrain station, the Constantia Hotel is positioned for local travel to Midrand and Centurion, local shopping malls, and OR Tambo International Airport.
Nearby attractions include Blue Valley Golf Estate, Kyalami Race Track and Leisure Lakes.
“The acquisition forms part of the organic growth of the Three Cities group and the Constantia Hotel will profit from the group’s powerful, well-established management team,” says Three Cities Hospitality Group CEO Michael Lambert.
The Constantia Hotel contains 49 recently refurbished rooms set around a relaxed, enclosed pool patio area with 12 rooms containing self-catering units while other facilities include flat-screen TVs with DStv and wireless internet.
